The construction of this Drop forged chain is such a way that no tool is required for assembly & dis-assembly ,hence it very simple to carry assembly work at site .
Also new sliding surface can be used by changing the position of link after wearing the original surface.Positive lacking action is provided in side links with the forged pins having a double ‘T’ head on both sides.Similarly for side links worm out surface for Pins can be rotated in 180 degree to use the unworn side of pin in contact with the side bar and center link .
With above flexibility without disturbing the original pitch life of chain is increased .
