Laboratory is one of the most critical unit enhancing the manufacturing and quality functions.
 Swajit' having full fledged inhouse metallurgical, chemical and mechanical testing laboratory.
Chemical composition of raw material is checked to confirm the presence of elements like carbon, manganese, silicon, chromium, nickel, molybdenum etc.,
Mechanical properties are tested in our own laboratory by adopting the defined procedure.
Macro examination of raw material is undertaken to reveal the defects such as internal soundness porosity and seams.
Microscopic examination is carried out for estimation of non-metallic inclusions in the raw material. |
Heat treated parts are subjected to the testing of case and core hardness, case depth, case carbon, case and core structure and tensile strength.
All tests are sincerely carried out on regular basis which in turn simplifies further operations and help us to give the best quality output to our customers. |
